Puppy Availability and Reservations

An inquiry, application, or message does not reserve a puppy. Availability is not guaranteed until we confirm the arrangement and all required agreement and deposit steps are completed. We may decline or cancel a placement when we reasonably believe it is not in a puppy's best interest.

Purchases and Sales Agreement

Every puppy purchase is governed by the signed Puppy Purchase and Sales Agreement provided for that transaction. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls the purchase, health guarantee, return obligations, and related commitments.

Payments and Deposits

Prices, deposit terms, payment schedules, accepted methods, and refund conditions will be communicated before purchase. Do not send payment until you have received and verified instructions directly from Dachshund Happytails. Transaction-specific refund rights are defined in the signed sales agreement.

Health and Care Information

Website material about vaccinations, nutrition, training, or puppy care is general educational information. It is not veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding the health and care of your puppy.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery options depend on location, timing, weather, carrier rules, and puppy welfare. Any estimates are subject to change. Final arrangements, responsibilities, and costs must be confirmed directly with us.

Responsible Use

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and avoid conduct that disrupts its operation or threatens another person. You may not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use site content for deceptive activity.

Intellectual Property
